TEAM AND STRUCTURE
How We Work

You probably want to know how we are building and updating our pack of documents.

Our team is composed of strategy consultants, social media managers, paid ads experts, SEO specialists and designers.

RESEARCH AND DATA COLLECTION
  • For each specific business (and pack), there is one dedicated person known as the 'Expert'.
  • This 'Expert' must have a relevant background. They come from the industry or have marketed long-term for it.
  • Before building a pack, we want to understand how existing business owners try to grow their business.
  • We conduct interviews with them and they share their experiences, their pain points and their frustrations.
  • This way, we get a solid understanding of their needs but also what wouldn't be of any use to them.
  • This feedback is essential because it varies greatly between industries, and we don't want to solve problems that nobody has.
  • For instance, the average brand owner wants to better understand Tiktok, while the typical contractor has no interest.
  • Then, for each industry, we survey and identify between 30 and 200 successful businesses (based on pre-defined criteria).
  • To ensure rock-solid accuracy, we cross-verify data with multiple reputable sources, whenever possible.
  • Then, we develop detailed case studies of successful businesses to identify best practices and strategies that can be replicated.
  • When possible, these case studies are created with the help of successful business owners we've reached out to.
  • Also, we have a network of marketing experts who tell us what works and what doesn't (when they have experience in the industry).
  • For instance, if 5 paid ads expert tell us Google Ads don't work for bakeries, then we won't talk about it in our Bakery Pack.
DOCUMENT PRODUCTION
  • When it comes to document production, the 'Expert' takes the lead and manages a team of writers and designers.
  • We condense information to its essential components and we avoid unnecessary details. We want you to save time.
  • We strategically use graphs, charts, and visuals to make the information easier to digest.
  • We give context and clarify complex terms, methods, and abbreviations to help you understand better.
  • Occasionally, we use AI writing tools to enhance sentence quality and readability, but this is the only AI stage in our process.
  • Our proofreaders and editors meticulously review each document, eliminating errors and ensuring top quality.
FEEDBACK AND USER TESTING
  • Our packs must contain 100% accurate and reliable information, which is non-negotiable. Hence, we conduct peer reviews.
  • For each pack, we have at least 3 business owners who read the whole documents and help us make adjustments.
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for errors, swiftly addressing and correcting any inaccuracies that may arise.
  • When a business owner finds something too complex, not valuable or just useless, we revise it.
  • We share final drafts of documents with more business owners. They tell us what is missing and how to make it better.
  • We establish a feedback loop to continuously update the packs based on input from customer service queries.
  • So, yes, if you buy our pack and give feedback, we'll improve it and send you the updated version.
